The parish is the center of faith formation for Catholics. Every person in your pews, every Catholic in your parish community…child or adult…is on their own journey toward Christ and a life of discipleship.

Faith Formation Sessions
K-6th grades meet for Faith Formation on Wednesdays from 6:00-7:15 p.m. Contact person is Joan Falcon at (308) 254-2828.
7th-8th grades meet for Faith Formation on Wednesdays from 6:00-7:15 p.m. Contact person is J. Nesbitt at (308) 254-2828.
High School Faith Formation is held every Wednesday, from 7:30-9:00 p.m. Contact person is J. Nesbitt at (308) 254-2828.
Confirmation
Confirmation preparation is held every Wednesday from 7:30-9:00 p.m. Contact person is J. Nesbitt at (308) 254-2828.
Sacraments
Children's Sacramental preparation is for:
- those who are seven (7) years of age.
- are in second grade or older and have not prepared for First Reconciliation or First Communion.
Our curriculum is Word of Life, and Signs of Grace from the Augustine Institute.
An additional class is available for older students who have not received these Sacraments.
To begin the process:
- Become a registered parishioner. (May register on-line or may pick up a registration form at the parish office.)
- Attend Sunday Mass at St. Patrick's Church.
- Register for Faith Formation
- Email or contact the Director of Religious Education for more information.
Additional preparation requirements:
- Continual Sunday Mass attendance
- Catechetical Faith Formation
- Children are expected to attend Faith Formation classes on a regular basis. Multiple missed sessions may delay reception of Sacraments.
If a child has no previous Catechetical Faith Formation, it is recommended that they participate in Catechetical formation for one year before preparing for any sacrament.
